Local Residents are all welcome to join Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner Sarah Green who will be sharing her wonderful recipes and explaining the benefits of being more active and getting a better night’s sleep for improving your health and well-being once a month on a Tuesday 10.30am-12.00pm as St Andrew’s.
It’s completely free and there’s no need to book. You’ll get to try out different recipes, take away free handouts and have a free nutritious lunch.

We welcome local organisations or individuals who are working to improve the health, social care and well-being of residents in Hammersmith & Fulham to give a short talk before our popular cooking demonstration.
